Cesium not loading on my workstation

When loading the HelloWorld.html page using firefox

Cesium is displaying an error message:

An error occurred while rendering. Rendering has stopped.

SecurityError: The operation is insecure.

I have seen this on two workstation where i tried to install cesium on

The other message that i see on the other workstation is:

SecurityError: Fail to execute 'texImage2D' on WebGLRenderingContext': The cross-origin image at File:C:/Users/lmontano/Desktop/install/Cesium/source/assets//texture may not be loaded

same thing for moonSmall.jpg
Texture.js
Materials.js
EllipsoidPrimative.js
Scene.jsCesiumWidget.js

I do not see that file in the install for cesium 1.29

You need to tun a local server to load the resources. See this tutorial: http://cesiumjs.org/tutorials/cesium-up-and-running/
