Cesiumjs in IPython notebook

Hi,

I’ve put a small project on github for a Cesiumjs widget in IPython notebook:

It is very very beta, but gives you an impression what could be possible. Contributions welcome…

I downloaded it and it looks like a cool project. Are you planning

on integrating it with Orekit as well?

Hi Evan,

My plan is to use them in combination. I’m thinking that the interest for a cesium widget is wider than orekit so maybe not integrate it directly (orekit requires a JVM) but one could think of a separate layer that displays orekit orbits & coordinates in the widget for example.

This is a pretty awesome project.

I could easily see this being an included plugin for the Cesium project when it’s done.
