I am currently developing a geoportal for open data as part of my University dissertation. I am not too sure which is the best route to go down in regards to this problem and was wondering if anybody on here could help steer me in the right direction. I looked at the czml-writer but there isn't much documentation and explanations on how to use it.
An example of my scenario would be as follows:
- Gather open data from "https://www.opendataphilly.org/"
- Import data into my application at which point it then converts the data to then display onto my Cesium globe/map
Could anybody help me out here please?
