Anyone who could help enlightening me with the subject of copyrights would greatly appreciated., particularly pertaining to the modification, removal or replacement of a private property (not owned by me)

In general, we recommend that you properly attribute all data to avoid copyright infringement.
I would recommend reading through our Terms of Service to see if your particular case is covered in the sections around copyright and attribution. If you don’t see clear language around your situation please let me know as much as you can share to help me understand the nuances.
