I try to install the czml-writer as described in
https://github.com/AnalyticalGraphicsInc/czml-writer/wiki/Quick-Start
but after the build, which seems to be successfull eclipse (galileo) reports
0 Errors 203 Warnings
but after the build i cannot find an executable.

The Java version doesn’t have a command line interface yet. Until we add that, you’ll need to write your own Java program that uses the library classes to write CZML files with your data. Alternatively, the .NET version does have a converter .exe that can convert KML or WebGL Globe JSON.
does it run on mono too? I don't own a windows license and am not
willing to buy one just for this edge case
