Demo version of Terrain Server?

Is it possible to get a demo version of Terrain Server?

I want to use custom DEMs to define local areas and want to test various workflows before spending any money.

I can see pricing here (including developer pricing.):

I can also see the following page but I think that this relates to a different set of products:

I sent info@agi.com an email last Friday but have not yet received a response. Perhaps I should be more patient:(
