Get STK Terrain Server

Hi,

Currently, I am using 3D tiles on my cesium app by asking the AGI server (//assets.agi.com/stk-terrain/world).
Today, I need to be able to run my app in a private network, so i am interested by the tool called STK Terrain server.
I created an account on http://www.agi.com/ but I didn’t found a link to download the software.

Is STK Terrain Server included in STK Suite ? STK Suite is the only software that I can download.
