Does the CesiumForUnity plugin support Chinese Kylin V10 system

Sorry, but I have no idea. Is that Linux-based? If so, Linux is not currently an officially-supported platform for Cesium for Unity, though people have gotten it to work by compiling it themselves.

Ok, since it’s Linux based, you’ll definitely need to compile the plugin yourself in order to get Linux support. Unfortunately, this is not going to be very straightforward. You’ll need to follow the Developer Setup instructions, but adapt them to Linux along the way. You may also need to fix problems that pop up along the way (we can likely help with this).
