We have an issue written up here: https://github.com/AnalyticalGraphicsInc/cesium/issues/2584

Sorry, I’m not sure how long it will be until we have support for this. It’s a feature we plan on adding, but our primary focus right now is on finishing our 3D tiles implementation.

We’ll be adding support for dashed polylines in version 1.32, releasing on May 1! We’re very excited about this!
