Hi - is it possible to download the Google Maps tile data so that I don’t keep getting locked out because of too many requests. I am trying to create some cinematics, so I need a high level of quality, but the entire thing operates in a small space so I don’t need to constantly expand the world. It would be great if the data I downloaded for a shot, could just be saved locally so I don’t keep getting blocked from downloading, which essentially cripples my ability to work on this project. Thanks!
You should ask Google. My understanding is that downloading their data for offline use would violate their terms of service, though.
One thing you could try is to use a Cartographic Polygon to exclude all the tiles outside the area you’re interested in. That will reduce the number of tiles to be loaded, at least.
