how to edit cesium 3dtiles contrast ratio,saturation?

This isn’t possible now, but keep an eye on our post processing pull request. Once that’s in it should be possible to add a contrast or saturation effect to a tileset.

I added this idea to https://github.com/AnalyticalGraphicsInc/cesium/issues/5808.
