is there any way to get world map imagery offline in cesium?

Natural Earth II imagery ships with CesiumJS for use offline. You can see a demo of how to use it here.
Cesium ion has some paid options for imagery to use in an offline environment.
Otherwise, you can use other local imagery providers offline as well, but you’l need to source the imagery data yourself.
