How to turn off sun light effects to Models in Cesium

Is there a way to disable the time/sun effects for the models? I want the model to be brighter all day.

At 07:00:00 UTC the model will be way too dark.
At 18:00:00 UTC the model is brighter.

Tried the (enableLighting) and it does not help. Any suggestions?

Have you tried using a DirectionalLight to have the model always lit?
