I can't login and can't use service. please help

Dear Cesium ion Support Team,

I am login through my google id. My google id is ‘dizzyto@naver.com’ or ‘dizzyto126@gmail.com’.

We are currently experiencing issues when attempting to use Cesium ion, and would like to ask for your confirmation and guidance:

  1. We are unable to log in to the Cesium ion web page.

  2. In our existing applications, map and tile services (imagery/3D Tiles/terrain) served via Cesium ion are not loading properly and remain in a loading state.

These symptoms are occurring consistently both on our internal corporate network and on external internet connections. We have checked basic network connectivity and firewall settings on our side, and have not found any obvious issues so far.

Could you please let us know if there are:

  • Any ongoing service outages or incidents on Cesium ion,

  • Scheduled maintenance or updates that may temporarily affect service availability, or

  • Any region/IP-based restrictions or other conditions that could impact access from our environment?

If there is an official status or incident page where we can monitor such issues in real time, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share the link as well.

Taking a look at your account, it looks like it has been blocked due to excessive quota overages beyond your community account plan. You should have received an email describing the steps that you need to take for your account to be resolved. Please follow the steps outlined in that email.
