Inverted Lat Lon with EPSG:4326 WMS 1.3.0

Hello,

Congrats for the great work. I used Cesium years ago and it evolve amazingly.

My issue is quite simple: when displaying a WMS only supporting version 1.3.0 and stating the CRS as EPSG:4326, CesiumJs actually invert the tiles graphicaly, except for the tile starting from 0,0.

I simply can see that the WMS request invert the lat lon in the requests. Is there any workaround ?
