This is just an observation, I´m having trouble uploading assets throught ion. First I thought there was something wrong with my new asset but I tried re uploading assets I know for a fact is correct. But it´s keep getting stuck at “Initializing tiling pipeline…”. To note: the amount of storage left on ion changes but the asset remain unusable.
Anyone else having issues?

Sorry for the delayed reply here. While ion tiling was never down, there was a period of delayed processing where data was queued but not being executed.
The problem has been addressed and all pending jobs were processed. We will also be putting some improvements in place so this doesn’t happen again as well as improving the wording of the status message to better inform users.
