Loaded data does not become available to download even after 2 days

I am trying to use Cesium ion for tile conversion purposes, I uploaded my data to there and checked the (make it available for download) After loading and tiling of my file, ion still shows that it’s still archiving and a loading bar under the download space. Please help.

Can you please share the asset id of the asset you are seeing this behavior for? I can check the logs to see what may be happening here

Thank you for providing me with the id. This looks like a bug in our pipeline when creating the archive. I have created an internal issue for the tiling team to look at this

Hi,

We can re-run the asset in the background and follow up here once we have a fix. You don’t need to check your assets regularly
