There was an error while processing the asset to be downloaded

Hi, my asset 2657408 has processed correctly and is usable, but the option to have it downloadable has not worked. I see the message “There was an error while processing the asset to be downloaded. Use the toggle to start the process again.” and when I do that, I see the progress bar with “Archiving” and a number that does go up as far as 1081 MB before the error message reappears. Is there anything I can do to make this not fail in this way?
