Downloading terrain data for offline use

Hi, I am currently in the process of enabling a Cesium offline solution and we need to include terrain data. I downloaded sample data from USGS as GeoTIFF and I can successfully upload it to Cesium ION as data file and see it on a sample map.
I need to download the .terrain folder structure for offline use and I am not sure how to do this.
I do see an option “Make available for download” however, when I check that, the progress bar gets stuck at “0.0% Archiving” and no option to download. Is that the right place and is there something I can do to nudge it forward?

Can you please share the asset id you are seeing this behavior for? I can take a look at what the issue might be.

Hi Ankit, the asset ID is 2860050. I also used a different source for the GeoTIFF with the same outcome. The second asset ID is: 2864522
