Asset stuck on "Initializing tiling pipeline..."

Hi,
I uploaded textured model and it got stuck “Initializing tiling pipeline”. ( see Image ).
It works on a new account but not on this one which was close to the storage limit when I first uploaded it, but it is still not working even after deleting other assets.

Hi,

I have just checked the logs for this asset and looks like the job ran and completed successfully. Please take another look now to check if you can see this asset now in your account.
