Local Map Server setup in Cesium

HI All,
I was asked to set up a local map server in Cesium. I am wondering what is the purpose of this… I heard that we are not allowed to use online map for company project or business. Is there guideline for setting up local map server for Cesium???

The Cesium javascript library does not have a server component, it’s only client-side.
