The Space Apps Challenge project pages are a gold mine of
links to free and open data sources. One
of them (http://spaceappschallenge.org/challenge/democratization-of-the-dark-side-of-the-moon/)
has links to moon data, which seems to include this link: http://www.jaxa.jp/press/2009/11/20091102_kaguya_e.html
for global moon terrain. (search for LALT). I wonder how hard it would be to get into Cesium.
