Is it possible to set the refinement method for the on-prem point cloud tiler to REPLACE?

We have an open issue to support replacement refinement in point clouds, but I don’t have a timeline for it yet. Would you be able to share why replacement refinement could be an improvement for you over additive refinement? We can use this information to see if we can prioritize this feature.
I was looking at using the pnts tiles to render voxels. Unless I am mistaken, using replacement refinement would allow me to do this easily since I would not have to traverse the tree for points (voxel centers).
