i am working on displaying 3D buildings ,when i am uploading my collada file to convert it in the different required formats in result i am only able to download again a collada (.dae) file with a changed name. Can somebody tell me whats the problem although i have developed the collada model in google sketchup

Are you sure the COLLADA file is valid? Have you gone through the troubleshooting section of the tutorial?
If you’re still seeing the issue, are you able to post the model for us to have a look?
