Sky and atmosphere disappear when camera is looking up

Hi,

I noticed that when tilting the camera vertically (looking up) past a certain angle above the horizon (about 45deg), the blue sky disappears (and sometimes flicker) so only the stars over black background are visible. Sky reappears as soon as the camera tilt angle goes again below 40 degrees over the horizon.

I observed this on both a GeForce 660M and a Quadro 2000

Cheers,

Xavier

Thanks Xavier!

This looks like a bug that was introduced in the latest release. I’ve submitted an issue to fix it here: https://github.com/AnalyticalGraphicsInc/cesium/issues/3347

Best,

Hannah

We have it fixed in master now, and it should be out with Cesium 1.22 next Wednesday.

Thanks!
Gary
