This might be a limitation of Google Photorealistic 3D Tiles. It has been confirmed on other threads that the dataset’s highest level of detail is not the same as the one seen on Google Earth.
Still, if you can provide the coordinates of those locations, I’m happy to check those out for you to confirm if I can see the same thing.
