Unreal with Cesium on html5

I want to use Cesium in unreal engine and then publish on html5 platform. Is it possible ?

I can’t say for sure it’s impossible, but it would definitely be a huge undertaking with lots of unknowns. CesiumJS is our best solution for the web.
