i managed to link my s3 with C-Ion, when i add the prefix the photo files appear, and all other option are available.
on click upload i am redirected to the “my assets” page but no “success” or “fail” message on screen. there is no indication of any processing happening. But when i look at assets total its more than my visible on screen list count?
is it possible that the reconstruction is running silently or the failure is silent or both.
i also deleted non photo images(.nav….etc)

Hi,
When you upload photos for reconstruction (I am assuming here that you are picking additional outputs along with the default mesh output), we create point cloud and gaussian splat assets based on your choices. This is done under the hood and these assets are available once the processing is done.
If these additional assets fail processing, they are deleted automatically. Once the processing finishes, if you wish to delete them, you can do so through the UI. The reality mesh asset is the one that tracks the progress for the job and shows when the processing of the assets has finished.

My asset count is 20 but nothing is loading since Last week. All photos are in a s3 bucket

It’s possible that some of your uploaded photos encountered an error during processing. When this happens, the assets are hidden from view, but they may still be included in the total asset count. Please be assured that this will not affect the quotas associated with your account.
