Using svg with image as a billboard image cannot work well in iOS

I made a billboard. It works well in Windows, but not in iOS.
If I open this link in iPad, the image in svg cannot be shown at the first time.
When I refresh one time, the image can be shown.

I can reproduce on this on iPad, but also on desktop on Safari (on iOS mobile Chrome and Firefox both use Safari under the hood). This could be a race condition in Billboard.js. Any chance you would have some cycles to help debug?
