Water Material and Waves for Cesium 3dTileset

I have a flood scenario from a disaster simulation for our city as a 3D tileset. Now I would like to apply a water material with small wave effects to it. Otherwise I work with the Water-Plugin (Beta) to visualise rivers and lakes, the contained materials have the desired wave effect. I wonder why the 3DTileset does not display any waves when I select exactly the materials from WaterBody of the Water plugin, for example. Also the water plugin provides the gerstner waves, but where can I select this in the properties of the Cesium 3DTileset?

Are the materials included in Unreal Engine? If so, can you please include their full name so that I can apply them myself, to reproduce what you’re seeing? Unfortunately I’m not sure what you mean by the “gerstner waves” – can you point me to where they are used in the plugin?
