Where is the reference document about 3D tiles functionality?

Hi,

When 3D Tiles is released in 1.35 on July 5, the reference doc will be with the rest of the Cesium doc:

http://cesiumjs.org/refdoc.html

In the meantime, check out the reference doc for the latest master branch:

http://cesium-dev.s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com/cesium/master/Build/Documentation/Cesium3DTileset.html

Also keep an eye on #5506 for Sandcastle examples that will be included in the 1.35 release.
