Hi Nian,

I have never ran Windows Server 2003, but since it is a server OS, I suspect it doesn’t have good graphics support and that the machine probably doesn’t have a good video card.

With that said, make sure your video card drivers are up-to-date and that you are running the latest version of Chrome or Firefox.
