World terrain has sharp edges

Hi!
I noticed some occasions where the world terrain shows sharp edges that look odd. Also the values returned by viewer.scene.globe.getHeight(cartographic) jump here.

For example around the Golden Gate Bridge:

I think this is a flaw in the world terrain data provided by Cesium, right? I couldn’t figure out a setting to influence that. The Google 3D tiles however look correct.

Hi @inspire1989, you’re totally correct, this is an issue with the Cesium World Terrain itself. Since this is more of a Data question we’ve moved the topic over to the Cesium ion category.
