2 globes in 1 view

Hello,
how can i please add a second globe in my view? i want to compare 2 differents globe map. And how can i also change the standard position and size (one globe is suppose to be small - old globe). You can see the picture here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/nary8zh358a2nie/2globes.PNG?dl=0

not sure about how to do the old world globe though.
