3D models in 2D and Columbus View?

Hi,

Is it possible to view the 3D models or buildings in 2D or Columbus View? Is there any setting I should enable to achieve that?

I don’t think so. There is no universal way to flatten someone’s 3d model that would make everyone happy. Your probably better off making marker images to when the scene mode changes to 2D mode you can show it.

Models in 2D and Columbus View (and buildings along with them) are definitely on the roadmap, which you can follow here: https://github.com/AnalyticalGraphicsInc/cesium/issues/927

There’s no exact ETA for them yet, but I believe it will happen before the end of the year.
