Columbus View shows 2D View

Clicking the Columbus View shows the 2D View.
From here, clicking the View Home button will show the Columbus View.

Hello,

The scene mode is transitioning correctly. You should be able to middle-mouse drag (or ctrl + drag) to tilt the map.

However, we do have an issue to change columbus view back so it is tilted by default instead of having a top down view: https://github.com/AnalyticalGraphicsInc/cesium/issues/3878

OK. I didn’t realize you could tilt the map that way. I’ll need to add this to my users guide.

It does make a lot more sense for it to be tilted by default.

This was fixed in #4501, which will be in Cesium 1.30 on February 1.
