[3ds max][gltf] model:issue with distorted texture

Dear community
I am encountering a weird issue with textures, that I am unable to resolve:

  • the texture looks fine in Babylon & the gltf plugin of VS Code
  • but it looks distorted in Cesium sandcastle

Any hints or ideas? The file is here:
