1. A concise explanation of the problem you’re experiencing.
when I update chrome the latest version , I just get those error messages as below:
[Cesium WebGL] Fragment shader compile log: ERROR: 0:1: '
’ : extension directive should occur before any non-preprocessor tokens
**[Cesium WebGL] Fragment shader translation failed. **
4. The Cesium version you’re using, your operating system and browser.
My cesium version is 1.32,os is win10 and browser is google chrome

I can see this issue by trying the CesiumJS 1.32 Sandcastle link in Chrome 75 and moving the camera around a bit:
https://cesiumjs.org/releases/1.32/Apps/Sandcastle/index.html?src=Offline.html&label=Showcases
This seems to be fixed in newer versions, here’s CesiumJS 1.57:
https://cesiumjs.org/releases/1.57/Apps/Sandcastle/index.html?src=Offline.html
Can you try updating to a new version? It seems to be fixed starting with CesiumJS 1.38
