Looking for example B3DM file with RTC_CENTER. This is new in the 1.0 branch of the 3D tiles spec, but I couldn't find any test file that has this feature.

I want to validate against a test-file that is conform with the 1.0 spec of batched 3d models.

We haven’t actually had a chance to update Cesium and our tools with the changes in the 1.0 branch. Expect that once 1.0 is merged into master everything else will be ready.
