Brave browser shows show weird black dots artifacts when displaying text.
Tested with latest version of Brave, on 3 different computers. All show the same black dots artifacts.

Looks like if I turn off the Brave “Shields”, then rendering is correct. No more rendering errors.

That one is bugging me also for many years now. Happens only in Brave. I tested with the advanced options and it seems the “fingerprinting” prevention is the issue. If that one is disabled, it works.
I guess Brave is doing something to prevent canvas fingerprinting that interferes with the label rendering, see: Fingerprint randomization | Brave
