Billboard with custom canvas image gets darker/brighter on scrolling/rotating

Hello everyone!

I encountered an issue when a text on a Billboard with my custom canvas image gets darker or brighter while zooming or rotating.

Here is the rotating example:

And here is the scrolling example:

As you may notice the text on the image sometimes gets blurred or gets a bit darker or lighter. This is really hard to notice, but sometimes(I don’t know why) it gets worse and is very noticeable.

Thanks for the report. There’s some discussion around billboard quality in Poor billboard quality · Issue #4235 · CesiumGS/cesium · GitHub. I’ll add your report there as well.

We haven’t made much progress on that particular issue recently, but hope to address some visual quality issues like this in the near future.
