Currently I have some xyz format maps (or images) and can i load these map in cesium for unity?
I know that cesium for unity support tms/wms/wmts.

“XYZ” is a bit of an ambiguous term. If your maps are really TMS or WMTS, then yes, you can use them. Otherwise, you currently cannot.
