I have my Cesium Asset on Cesium, i cant pin the asset to the ground from the Cesium Ion, neither can i do the same from CesiumJs.
Please advise how i can do that.

I assume you are talking about geolocating the asset and moving it to the ground?

Yes that fixed my problem, i had to go -14,000 meters below. Is that expected?

Hard to tell exactly without looking at the data. That -14000 is relative to the WGS84 ellipsoid, not to the terrain itself. Additionally, there may have been a transform baked into the asset before it was uploaded.
