Cesium - Show an Excavation

Has a way to show excavation depths been implemented in any way? There was a groundpush plugin that worked way back on cesium 1.2 but no longer works.

Thinking outside the box, is there a way I could cut out a shape on the map and insert a 3D model beneath the cut out?

Hello Brennan,

I don’t think there is any simple way to do this. I would recommend looking at the code for the groundpush plugin. It might not take too much work to make it run with the current version of Cesium.
