Cesium-terrain-builder .terrain uploads create windows version

Hi.

For reference, I created this using Windows PowerShell.
This is an example made using cesium-terrain-builder.
Please let me know if the terrain appears normally when I upload this.
I get an error on my PC.

Please tell me why.

An error occurred in “CesiumTerrainProvider”: Failed to obtain terrain tile X: 1 Y: 0 Level: 0. :Error message: : RangeError: Offset is outside the bounds of the DataView
