as far as I have understood I am allowed to move the cesium credits to a splashscreen / about page on mobile development. Can I do the same thing with the Google Photorealistic 3d tiles credits?

I believe at least the Google logo must be visible on the main screen, according to their terms of use. You should read them and make your own judgement, though, and reach out to Google directly if you have questions.
