Elevation gap between OSM layer and Google 3D tiles

Is there a way to eliminate elevation gap between a clipped Google 3D tiles and base image layer (OSM in this case) shown as below:

What terrain layer are you using? If it is Cesium World Terrain, you may want to see this thread about some of the elevation differences with Google’s Photorealistic 3D Tiles.
