How to upload JPEG and WLD files

I uploaded the attached JPEG and WLD file and got the error in the image below.
How do I upload using a WLD file? The asset ID is 670597.

The conventional extension for JPEG world files is .jgw (see this). I’m not sure that’s the problem, but it is worth a try.
