Upload Issues, asset ID 458722

I’m trying to upload a 3d model but every time It go over 13% It fails, showing me the asset ID: 458722. I’ve already added in My Asset several models without any problem.
In this case I’m trying to upload a zip folder containing a .obj model with the texture folder, It has a total weight of 500 MB exported from Sketchup (the same way I used for the others well-uploaded models).

Is It a weight problem? Can someone help me please?

Hi there,

It appears you sent a private technical support request previously for this same issue. As I stated previously, this is a bug and we’re tracking this internally. You could try using obj2gltf as a workaround for this bug in the meantime. Thanks.
