My question is: Cesium plugin in UE5 in Linux
Exactly the same, how can I solve the problem of ‘failed to load because module’ CesiumRuntime ‘could not be loaded.’.
My OS is: Kirin V10 Desktop Edition

Hi @tianlong_wang,
Did you try the solutions in the post you linked?
Can you tell us more about how you’re installing the plugin?
Are there any messages in the log? Even if the Unreal Engine didn’t start up enough to show the Output Log window, there should still be a log in your project’s Saved/Logs
directory.

I have sent you the logs to identify the parts related to Cesium, make modifications, and inform me of the reasons. Ignore other irrelevant content.
Hi @tianlong_wang,
Thanks for the log, but I’m a bit lost. You said you’re getting a module load error, yet I don’t see that in your log. It looks like it starts with compilation. So I don’t know what problem I’m trying to help you solve. You also didn’t answer any of my questions from my last post.
So, I tried to package the Linux platform in the Windows 11 system, and the prompt in the log appeared.
Conclusion: Many things in the "CesiumForUnreal_5.3\Source\ThirdParty" directory reference the content of the Windows platform, which makes the Cesium for Unreal plug-in unable to be opened in the Linux system, and the Unreal project with Cesium for Unreal cannot be packaged as a Linux platform program.
Since I don’t have the ability to remove the contents of “CesiumForUnreal_5.3\Source\ThirdParty”, I need team to detect, modify, and remove any dependencies that hinder packaging or running Cesium for Unreal on Linux. After testing, give me a Cesium for Unreal Plugins that can be packaged for the Linux platform after experimentation.
because even the Unreal Engine is not opened, so I can’t know what the error is.
Did you look in the Saved/Logs
subdirectory of your project? As I mentioned before, there should be a log there even if Unreal Engine doesn’t start up.

No, this is not true. That directory contains binaries for every supported platform, not just Windows. However, due to a problem with Epic’s publication process, the version of the plugin installed from Fab does not including Linux binaries. The distributions on our Releases page do, however:
Instructions for installing one of these releases can be found here:
